MEATLOAF 
2 lb. hamburg
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Brown hamburg in skillet, add eggs, bread crumbs, applesauce and salt. Then mix all together with remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
