SUMMER SAUSAGE 
4 lbs. hamburger meat
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke

Mix with hands. Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.

Makes into rolls. Place on pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
