1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening (2 sticks butter)
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail--DON'T DRAIN
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Cream all ingredients together and add flour, nuts and raisins. Drop on greased cookie pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 8-10 minutes.
