STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese together. (If too solid, add 1 teaspoon milk.) Place tiny bit of melted butter in cap and spoon in cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese starts to brown.
