ITALIAN ASPARAGUS 
Asparagus
3-4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese

Use large frying pan with cover. Add asparagus and enough water to cover. Cook thin asparagus 3-4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter until very brown. Pour over asparagus and top with grated cheese. Thick asparagus should be cooked about 5-6 minutes.
