MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. reg. Doritos, crushed
1 pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese

Boil and debone chicken. Reserve 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. Mix together soups, Rotel and broth. In 13"x9"x2" cake pan, layer chicken, crushed Doritos, cheese and soup mixture. Repeat all layers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
