BRAISED PORK TENDERLOIN 
6 oz. lean pork tenderloin
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. each thyme - black pepper

Lay pork in baking dish - spoon all ingredients over and around meat. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Fats - 9.13; calories - 223.
