PIZZA FONDUE | |
1 clove garlic, halved 4 oz. ground beef 12 oz. fontina cheese 1 1/2 c. white wine 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 onion 2 tbsp. butter 5 oz. mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp. cornstarch Pepper 1 tsp. oregano Rub the pot with garlic, then chop the garlic fine. Chop onion fine and saute with garlic and beef in butter until beef is brown and crumbly. Drain excess fat. Finely dice cheese and add to beef mixture. Add wine and slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Mix cornstarch and lemon juice; add to melted cheese. Stir well and season with pepper and oregano. |
