CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. pretzel or graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

Stir ingredients well, pat in bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips melted, 6 oz. pkg.
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy; blend in sweetened condensed milk, add all other ingredients and beat until very smooth. Pour into crust and bake in 300 degree oven 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool, then chill. Garnish with Cool Whip, grated chocolate, cherries and nuts.
