BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
3/4 stick Cracker Barrel cheese, silver wrap
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Cook 4 packages frozen broccoli spears until tender. Place in 9 x 13 dish and cut lengthwise and across. Blend together 2 cans of mushroom soup with 1/2 to 3/4 cups milk. Pour over broccoli. Spread 3/4 stick Cracker Barrel cheese. Sprinkle over all. Crush 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and sprinkle. 1/2 stick melted butter, poured on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
