SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella, divided
1 egg
1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
2 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
16 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 c. water

In large bowl, mix cottage cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. In greased 9"x13" pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, third of uncooked noodles and half the cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Pour water around edges. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes and let stand 15 minutes.
