SPINACH CHEESE BAKE 
10 oz. of frozen chopped spinach or 1 bag fresh spinach (cooked and chopped)
16 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sliced almonds

Mix above ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Cover mixture with 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese and 4 oz. of sliced almonds. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes or longer for firmness.
