BRACIOLA (ROLLED STEAK) | |
1 round steak 1 clove finely chopped garlic Salt, pepper and parsley (to taste) 2 slices ham, cut in strips 1/4 lb. Scamarz cheese (Mozzarella) Spread steak out on table and season. Place strips of ham and cheese on steak. Roll tightly and wrap securely with string. Fry slowly in uncovered pan until brown. Add this to your spaghetti sauce and simmer until sauce is done, about 2 to 3 hours. Remove from sauce. Cut off string and slice. Pour a small amount of sauce over meat. Serves 4 to 6 people. This steak may be prepared without sauce if desired. Just brown on all sides, cover and bake in oven. Water may be added if necessary. Bake in 300 degree oven. |
