CHICKEN & CARROT LOAF 
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. cooked chopped carrots
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients above. Pack in well greased 1 quart loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brown. Turn loaf on to platter. Garnish with parsley.
