MIRIAM'S CHEESE CAKE 
2 lb. cream cheese (four 8 oz. pkg.)
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
6 eggs, beaten
1 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. Frangelico or Amaretto liqueur

Mix your ingredients in order given. Grease your pan. Use 10 or 9 or 8 inch springform pan. The larger the pan the shallower your cake. If your pan does not lock solidly, line with pastry paper. Place pan in 1 inch of water to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown on top. If your cake starts to brown too quickly, reduce heat to 300 degrees.
