PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup (white)
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with hand mixer. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake until set, 40 to 50 minutes.
