CHEESE APPLES 
2 cans sliced apples (not pie filling)
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese

Drain apples and place in a buttered oblong baking dish. Combine sugar, butter, flour and cheese. Mash over apples.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
