MEXICAN PICK UP STICKS 
2 (3 oz.) cans French fried onions
1 (7 oz.) can potato sticks
2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/3 c. butter
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix

Combine onion, potato sticks and peanuts. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and stir. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix well.

Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.

Yields 2 quarts.
