BEEF AND NOODLE BAKE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

In skillet, saute beef and onion until beef is slightly browned and onion is tender. Combine with drained noodles, tomato sauce, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish; top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
