MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, grated
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small jar pimento

Topping:

1 c. Ritz crackers

Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and mix with other ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed.

Bake 30 minutes in moderate oven.
