SALMON DIP 
1 lg. can salmon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 to 2 tbsp. horseradish
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Flake the salmon, add all other ingredients, mix well. Serve with chips or assorted crackers. Very easy.
