PAKASTAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 c. uncooked rice 1/2 of a green pepper 1 can mushroom soup 1 sm. onion 1 c. grated cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Brown minced onion and chopped pepper in tablespoon of shortening. Add hamburger and brown. RICE: Stir in 2 1/2 cups boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt, cover and cook about 25 minutes until water is all gone (on low) turn off heat and add 3/4 cup grated cheese and soup. Add rice to hamburger mixture, place in casserole and top with rest of cheese. |
