SHRIMP SPAGHETTI 
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. cleaned raw shrimp
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 c. oil
seasoning to taste
16 oz. spaghetti

Sauté vegetables in butter until tender. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir; add 1/2 cheese.

In a bowl, mix raw shrimp, oil, salt, pepper and any other desired seasonings; add to cooked vegetables. Add remaining cheese. Cook approximately 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti in salted water; drain. Add spaghetti to shrimp mixture; stir. Serve immediately or may be heated in microwave or oven. Delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
