HEALTHY VEGGIE MIX 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 boxes frozen spinach
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 (16 oz.) cans Progresso chick peas
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil

In large sauce pot, brown garlic and onions in olive oil. Add spinach and chick peas, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until spinach is thawed. Add crushed tomatoes and stir and cover for 15 minutes. Add bouillon cube and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve as a side dish or quick dinner main dish.
