PINEAPPLE WALNUT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed nuts

Beat together cake ingredients. Bake in angel or Bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter (soft)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
