MARK'S FAVORITE POT PIE 
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
1 lb. ground chuck
4 sm. potatoes
3 carrots
1 sm. onion
Salt to taste

Brown ground chuck and onion, cut potatoes and carrots into thin small slices. Add to meat cooking slowly, just to take crispiness out of veggies. Place 1 pie shell in pie pan, add meat and veggies in pie shell. Take top pie crust, place on top. Mold the edges of crusts. Put 4 small slits in top. Place pie in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife goes through center with ease. Great family filler. Serve with a tossed salad.
