2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 cubes butter
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. Pepsi or Coke (not diet)
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour in large bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi or Coke to boiling. Pour over flour mixture and blend. Add remaining ingredients. After all is blended, add 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows and blend. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan, bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 cube butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pepsi or Coke
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi or Coke to boiling. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and chopped walnuts. Pour on cake right out of oven.
