CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans Campbell beef broth
1/2 bottle French dressing

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put rice in bottom of large 2 quart covered casserole, add broth, chicken parts and then dressing. Cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes. If it looks greasy, cook for 15 minutes more.
