BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
3 bananas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sq. chocolate (or packet)
1/2 gallon vanilla and strawberry ice cream, softened for 15 minutes
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix 2 cups graham crackers/butter; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice bananas; sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread bananas, vanilla ice cream, and freeze. Bring to boil (3 minutes) butter, sugar, chocolate, and milk; spread over vanilla ice cream. Freeze. Add strawberry ice cream and top with 1/4 cup crumbs.
