RHUBARB SALAD 
2 c. diced raw rhubarb
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. orange juice or Tang
1/2 c. strawberries

Combine rhubarb, sugar, water in saucepan. Cook until tender. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add orange juice and strawberries and chill.

If used as a dessert, add 1 pint whipped topping.
