1 stick butter 1 1/4 c. flour Blend until crumbly. Then add: 1 c. chopped nuts Spread in 8 x 12 inch pan, pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (lightly golden). Cool. Combine: 8 ounce cream cheese, softened 1 c. confectioners' sugar Stir in: 1/2 (of a 9 oz.) container Cool Whip Spread on cooled crust. Mix: 2 pkgs. instant pudding (pistachio or chocolate or lemon) 3 c. cold milk Spread over cream cheese mixture. Let stand 30 minutes. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill. |
