YOGHURT 
1 tbsp. gelatin
Warm water to soften
Enough boiling water to make 1 c.
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. powdered milk
3 c. water
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. tepid water
5 rounded tbsp. plain yoghurt

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Soften gelatin in warm water; add boiling water to make 1 cup. Add sugar. Combine powdered milk and 3 cups water. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart bowl, cover and put into oven; turn oven off. Leave overnight or 8 to 10 hours.
