PORTUGUESE CODFISH 
1 big onion
2 big red hot peppers
1/3 c. water
Paprika
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Mazola oil
Parsley
Black pepper
2 lbs. boneless codfish

Soak codfish one day, changing water every couple of hours. Boil codfish in water; change water and boil again. Empty water completely and let fish cool. While fish is cooling, in a separate bowl, mix all ingredients together; mix with fish, breaking codfish up. Sprinkle pepper and paprika on top.
