CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. cold water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in large bowl flour and sugar. Place butter, shortening, chocolate and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add this to the first mixture and mix well. Add eggs. Add soda to buttermilk, then add to mixture. Add salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Bake in greased sheet pan for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. The batter will be thin.

TOPPING:

Boil together for 1 minute:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cream
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Add and beat until smooth 1 box confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put on cake while hot.
