1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 1/3 c. beef broth 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 pkg. chow mein noodles 1 1/3 c. uncooked Minute Rice Brown ground beef with onions, in large skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly. Drain well. Add broth and soy sauce. Simmer, covered for 2 minutes. Stir in uncooked rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with chow mein noodles. 4 servings. |
