BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
6 egg whites
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar; beat; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla. Spread in a well buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

CENTER:

8 oz. cream cheese
Cool Whip

Beat until smooth. Spread over base.

TOP:

2 cans pie filling of your choice

Could use blueberry or cherry.
