BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 carton whipped topping
Lady Fingers

Use a springform pan. Arrange Lady Fingers around the side and over the bottom of the pan.

Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla, pineapple, and whipped topping. Cover with Lady Fingers. Top with pie filling. Garnish with whipped topping. Chill. Best made a day ahead.
