CHICKEN SEAFOOD GUMBO 
2 chickens, boiled & deboned (save & defat broth)
2 lbs. cleaned deveined shrimp
1/2 lb. cooked chopped ham
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped okra
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. size tomato sauce
Dash of hot sauce
3 qts. liquid (water & broth)

Add all ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stir often. Serve with 1 heaping tablespoon cooked rice. Freezes well.
