GARLIC SHRIMP 
3/4 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Several drops of hot sauce
1/2 bay leaf
2 tbsp. ham, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste

Rinse and dry the shrimp. Heat oil in a skillet. Saute garlic and bay leaf over medium heat until the garlic starts to turn a golden brown. Add the shrimp and ham, tossing it in the pan for about 2 minutes. Add the hot sauce to taste and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Serve immediately from the same pan while still sizzling. Serves 2.
