2 to 3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (cooked & drained) (more is better)
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & well drained)
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cheese (Parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella) (more is better)
