NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
4 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Must be baked in springform pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Beat in butter, flour and cornstarch. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven 1 hour longer with oven door open a little. Refrigerate.
