ORANGE-CARROT CAKE 
1 c. molasses
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Sift rest of ingredients and mix with first mixture. Stir in 2 cups shredded carrots and 1/2 cup walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Mix together.
