ORIGINAL GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans, drained
3/4 c. milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. Durkee ground black pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions

Combine beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of French fried onions; pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, UNCOVERED, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. MAKES 6 servings.

Two packages (9 ounces each) frozen, cut green beans, cooked and drained, may be used in place of the canned green beans.
