HOLIDAY NUT PATTIES 
PATTIES:

2 c. crushed Hi Hos
1 c. ground nuts (I prefer pecans)
1/2 c. dehydrated onion
8 oz. cream cheese
8 - 10 eggs
Pinch of sage

Mix together patty ingredients. Fry lightly over medium heat, pressing patties into a round uniform shape with the back of a spoon. Arrange patties in two overlapping rows in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Mix soup, milk and sour cream together and pour over patties. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 (10 oz.) cans mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 c. sour cream
