2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. oil

Sift first 3 ingredients together. Add cornmeal and mix thoroughly. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring only enough to dampen all the flour. Pour into greased pan 9x9x2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
