CHINESE FRIED RICE | |
1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. oil 1 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. chopped scallions 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 1/2 c. dry instant rice Scramble egg in oil in saucepan, stirring to break into pieces. Add water, soy sauce, scallions, and garlic; bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Makes 4 servings. |
