1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, 2 eggs and butter and spread in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Sprinkle nuts on crust. Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
