CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH A MEXICAN
FLAVOR
 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
12 corn tortillas, cut
1 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese (cheddar)

Mix all ingredients together except chicken and cheese. Layer ingredients beginning with tortillas, then layer of chicken, layer of sauce then layer of cheese. Repeat until gone. Cook 1 hour, covered 45 minutes, uncovered last 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
