MEXICAN LASAGNA 
2 cans refried beans
2 pkgs. of large floured tortilla shells
1 big pack Mozzarella cheese
1 big pack cheddar cheese
1 pack taco flavorings
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped up
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes, diced up
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Brown your hamburger meat with the pack (and 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce) of taco seasonings. Set aside. Get a pan that you normally would put lasagna in and make layers with your 2 cheeses, your tortilla shells, hamburger, meat, refried beans. Bake for 20 minutes and top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees.
