BARBECUED FISH | |
1 (3-4 lb.) trout, white fish or bass 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. fat 1 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper Place fish in greased shallow pan; sprinkle with salt. Lightly brown onion in fat; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes and pour over fish. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
